Vittoria is the Chief Executive of ASB Bank Ltd. Her appointment in February 2018 follows a substantial career with ASB’s parent company, Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).
Vittoria was previously the Group Executive, Marketing and Strategy at CBA, responsible for Corporate Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Advanced Analytics, Customer Advocacy and Marketing.
While at CBA, she also gained experience in leadership roles across retail banking, including customer-facing, operations and strategy roles such.
Her career initially began in New Zealand, working in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions with Deloitte and Carter Holt Harvey.
Vittoria is a member of New Zealand Global Women and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in accounting and finance from Waikato University in New Zealand. She is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand.

Jerome was one of the founding members of Payment Express, turning it into one of the largest payment processors in the region, transacting in excess of USD $40 billion per annum across 15,000 merchants (2012).
He has led a number of key payment innovations, including cashless vending (2004), tokenisation (2003), IP EFTPOS (2005) and direct to scheme / bank links, crypto currencies and digital sovereign currency / payments (leveraging blockchain). He is a shareholder in Centrality and was an executive when it raised over $100M in under six minutes via an ICO.
Jerome is currently CEO of Centrapay; a digital asset platform that connects brand and merchants with consumers. Prior to that he was an executive with ASX / NZX listed Orion Health, a Director for a number of companies. He is also the blockchain and digital asset lead at Auckland’s Tech Futures Lab.

Dave is the CEO of Centrality FinTech and an expert in financial instruments, capital markets and embracing step-change technology. Centrality Fintech is focused on market innovation across financial services.
Prior to this, Dave was a PwC Partner for nine years based in both Auckland and London where he worked for global banks, asset managers and insurance companies in relation to financial instruments, valuation, risk appetite and capital adequacy.
Head of Banking, Reserve Bank of New Zealand
Steve Gordon currently heads the banking department at RBNZ, which is responsible for currency and electronic payment systems. His payments team has recently been expanded to accommodate the new ESAS and NZClear processing platforms, and to more generally position the bank’s payments function for the future.
These platforms process more than $30 billion worth of transactions per day and are key elements of New Zealand’s financial systems infrastructure.
He has overseen the completion of the ‘Brighter Money’ banknote rollout, and the commencement of a major programme of work to review New Zealand’s currency operating model.

Logan Williams is an internationally acclaimed entrepreneur, inventor and scientist, who operates between San Francisco and Christchurch. To date, Logan has developed four revolutionary inventions which have been acquired by international organisations.
In recognition of his innovations, Logan has been a finalist for Young New Zealand of the Year (2018), is shortlisted for IndieBio (Silicon Valley) the world’s foremost biotechnology incubator and was included in Forbes 30 under 30 (Asia/Pacific).
Currently, Logan is the Director of Technology and Innovation at New Zealand Merino (NZM), where he is leading the research and development portfolio. Logan is an instrumental part of the executive team that enabled NZM to receive the coveted Supreme NZ International Business Award in 2019. Logan is also a Director of the National Board of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and is an active Angel investor.

Prior to Sovereign, he was at Loyalty New Zealand, in a range roles leading marketing, customer engagement and finally as interim CEO. Earlier in his career Chris led the marketing for Positively Wellington Tourism and Tourism New Zealand.

As Chief Executive of Payments NZ and the newly launched Payments NZ API Centre™, Steve is responsible for ensuring the New Zealand payments industry remains innovative, progressive, interoperable and self-governing.
He came to the role with extensive experience in senior executive roles through a career spanning more than three decades in industries as diverse as finance, energy, and consultancy services.
Prior to joining Payments NZ in January 2014, Steve served as General Manager Marketing, Sales and Customer Services with funds management company Gareth Morgan Investments.
From GM and other leadership roles to founding and running a number of businesses, Steve is experienced in all aspects of business management, marketing and sales, and technology development and transfer. He has also had direct senior management experience in a leading payments business responsible for the processing of $3b worth of value per year.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) from Victoria University of Wellington.

James Brown is the General Manager of FinTechNZ and an experienced motivational speaker and MC.
