Ismail will uncover the drivers behind the industry’s current API practices, with examples from around the world. Delegates will leave the session with a clear definition of Open Banking APIs and several new ideas to pursue their own open banking journey.

Hear how TALKINGTECH has worked with Telefonica UK to successfully implemented a Pay by SMS bill payment solutions as an alternative to direct debit, which has successfully reduced collections costs and the number of customers entering collections each month.
