You can read a summary of highlights or watch the video recording of the full session.

Thursday 2 September, 9.00am-10.30am – Online

In this final session of the series, we focused on the end users of payments with an international keynote and a panel.

First up was Steven Van Belleghem, a global thought-leader in the field of customer experience and international keynote speaker. Steven shared his thoughts on the future, in particular how invisible and automatic interfaces will become a necessity and how businesses will need to play an active role in customers’ life journey.

Following on from the keynote was a panel discussion made up of payment experts from Trade Me, Mastercard New Zealand, Klarna and Wpay. They discussed how customers are shaping the future of payments, which payment products and services are winning and rising on a global scale, what’s driving the adoption of these products or services, and the customer experience opportunities the payments industry can be key to enabling.
