Craig Hudson, Managing Director, Xero New Zealand and the Pacific Islands

Craig is a key member of the global leadership team, responsible for driving relationships with government, financial institutions, enterprise, and promoting the small business economy in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Craig has been with Xero for several years, and in 2017 he returned to New Zealand from the United Kingdom, where he led Xero's entrance into Europe, the Middle East and South Africa markets. Craig is a father of four and a successful former rugby player who spent more than eight years playing professionally in New Zealand, France, England, and Wales.

Julia Jackson, Sustainability Lead, Kiwibank

Julia is the Sustainability Lead at Kiwibank and leads Kiwibank’s programmes and initiatives that are building financial capability in our customers and communities. These include the work that we do with Banqer to build youth financial capability, Digital Inclusion Alliance Aotearoa to support any Kiwi to build confidence in digital and online banking solutions through programmes in libraries around the country and on DORA, a mobile classroom which visits remote communities around the country, and our microfinance work with Ngā Tāngata Microfinance Trust and Aviva. She has over 7 years experience in sustainability, with a specific focus on community investment, climate change, and responsible investment.

Natalie Vincent, General Manager, Ngā Tāngata Microfinance

Natalie is the General Manager of Ngā Tāngata Microfinance and Manager of the Auckland Airport Community Trust. She is also the interim Chairperson of E Tipu E Rea Whanau Services and a founding Trustee of the Littlemore Trust. Natalie has many years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector working across a range of organisations from social services to philanthropy. She has a passion for social justice, collaborative community led development, charitable giving and working to empower communities and whanau reach their goals.
